Adding Contacts
Navigate to the "Add Contact" page.
Select one or more roles for your contact. Learn more about roles here.
Fill out the required fields then click "Add Contact". Make sure to review the contact's email address and/or mobile number to ensure the invite is sent to the right person.
Editing Contacts
Next to each contact a status badge will indicate whether the contact has created an account or not. If the contact has created an account (the blue badge), you will not be able to edit or delete this contact.
If the contact has not created an account (grey badge), you can edit the contact. If you've linked the contact to a lease for example, you will not be able to uncheck the contact's role as Tenant or delete the contact.
Select the contact you wish from the main Contacts section. You should see the contact's details page with an "Edit Contact" button. Click on "Edit Contact" and update the information you want to update.
