Flexible leases allow the payer/tenant to pay overdue and due invoices one by one instead of all at the same time. The payer must pay their lease invoices in order of due date (oldest to newest).

How to enable flexible payments for a lease?

A lease can have flexible payments enabled through the second step of lease creation and through the lease actions menu after you save a lease. Flexible payments can be enabled or disabled any time.
