The Dashboard offers a summary of your property management and lease details. By selecting the desired property from the top of the page, you can easily access the relevant information. This streamlined approach is intended to save you time and enhance efficiency by providing quick access to the necessary details without the need to navigate through multiple pages on the website.

Features Accessible via the Dashboard

1. Overdue Invoices: The Dashboard displays the amount for overdue invoices from all properties or from a selected property. You can view the details of these overdue invoices directly from the Dashboard. Additionally, any due invoices will also be presented in the same manner if applicable.
   
   
   
   Settlement: The Dashboard provides an overview of all pending settlements, including the number of invoices associated with each settlement. By selecting "View Settlement," you can access detailed information about the settlement, including the bank name, settlement number, transfer ID, and a list of the invoices included in the settlement.
   
   
   
   Expired Lease: The Dashboard displays leases that are set to expire within 30, 60, or 90 days. You have the option to extend the lease by selecting "Extend," which allows you to edit the lease end date.
   
   
   

   
    Profit: By inputting your expenses, Ajar can calculate your lifetime income, profit, and expenses. You also have the option to export this data as an Excel report.
   
   
   
   Unit Status:The Dashboard provides an overview of how many units are vacant and occupied. It also displays the status of maintenance requests submitted by your tenants.

   1. Find a Tenant: The Dashboard includes a feature that displays the financial impact of vacancies in your units. By selecting "Find a Tenant," a form will open for you to provide relevant details. Once you submit the form, we will receive your request and assist in locating a suitable tenant for your vacant unit.

   2. Evaluate Property: By submitting the evaluation request form on the Dashboard, we will receive your request and assist you in evaluating your property.

   3. Insurance Property: Once you submit your request for property insurance, we will provide you with competitive insurance pricing options.
